Delete your account

For the Greeting Cards app by AppCraft Studio

You can delete your Greeting Cards account and all the data in it at any time. There are three ways to do it.

Option 1: in the app (quickest)

1. Open the Greeting Cards app and sign in.
2. Tap My account at the bottom.
3. Scroll to Your account and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm with your password (or, if you signed up with Google or Apple, by typing your email address).

Option 2: on this page

Enter the email and password of your account. This works for accounts created with an email and password.

Signed up with Google or Apple, so you have no password? Use option 1, or option 3 below.

Option 3: by email

Cannot use the app or this page? Email support@appcraftdev.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Greeting Cards account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, sign-in details) and all your login sessions.
• All the cards you saved to your account.
• All the photos you uploaded.

Cards saved only on your phone are removed from that phone when you delete the account in the app. If you want to keep a card, save it to your gallery first.

What happens next

• Deletion from our live systems is immediate.
• Copies in our regular backups are removed as the backups are replaced, within about 30 days.
• We may keep records we are legally required to keep. At the moment that is nothing beyond basic server logs for a limited time.
