These terms are an agreement between you and AppCraft Studio ("we", "us"), appcraftdev.com, India, about your use of the Greeting Cards app and the website greeting.appcraftdev.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of India or of the place where you live.

2. Your account

• Give correct information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@appcraftdev.com if you think someone else is using it.
• You can use many parts of the app without an account. Some things (using a template, saving cards to the cloud, choosing a plan) need one.
• You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

3. Your cards and photos

• They stay yours. You keep ownership of the text, pictures and designs you create and upload.
• What you allow us to do. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to save your cards, sync them to your devices and draw them back for you. We do not use your content to promote ourselves.
• Your responsibility. You promise that you have the right to use everything you add (including photos of other people and anything you did not make), and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

4. What you must not do

• Make or share anything unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children.
• Use the Service to deceive, impersonate others, spread malware or send spam.
• Upload content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Try to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the Service, or use it to harm others.
• Copy and resell our templates, stickers or designs as a pack or as your own template collection.

We may remove content or suspend or end an account that breaks these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

5. Our templates, stickers and the app

The app, the website, our templates and designs, and our branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to make and share your own cards for personal, family, small-business and social use. The 3D emoji stickers are from Microsoft's Fluent Emoji set, used under the MIT licence (see the licences page in the app).

6. Plans and payments

• Every new account gets a free 7-day trial of all features, with no payment needed. When the trial ends, customizing, exporting and sharing cards stop until you choose a paid plan. Your saved cards stay in your account.
• Paid plans (such as Plus and Pro) are not available yet. When they are, the price, billing period and what is included will be shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree. A paid plan is a one-time payment for a month or a year and does not renew by itself. Their terms and refund rules apply to those payments, and we do not see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the place you bought them. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
• Prices and features can change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with other services, such as Google and Apple sign-in, WhatsApp and other apps you share to, and your phone's app store. We do not control them, and their own terms apply when you use them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, or stop the Service, with reasonable notice where we can. Keep a copy of cards that matter to you by saving them to your gallery.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we have to stop offering the Service. When an account ends, the rules in our Privacy Policy about deleting data apply.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will meet your needs or be free of errors, and we are not responsible for how others use what you share.

11. Limit of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (and nothing, if you used only the free trial). Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using the Service after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India will decide any dispute, but you may also use any right to go to a consumer forum that the law gives you.
